How much is UGCLive?
Starter is free. Pro is $19 a month, or $13 a month billed yearly. Studio is $49 a month, or $34 a month billed yearly. You subscribe in the app through the App Store.
How am I billed?
Pro and Studio are App Store subscriptions, billed to your Apple ID. They renew automatically until you cancel.
How do I cancel?
Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and cancel UGCLive. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Is there a discount?
Yearly billing saves about 30%. If a friend invites you, you get 50% off the first 3 months of Pro.
Can I earn by inviting other creators?
Every account has an invite link. A friend who joins with it gets 50% off the first 3 months of Pro, and you earn 20% of what they pay, after Apple's cut and tax, for as long as they subscribe. Earnings clear after 30 days and are paid out through Stripe once you reach $25.
