Short answer
In October 2026 TikTok Shop has a Seller Center in 19 countries: the US, Mexico and Brazil; the UK, Germany, France, Spain, Ireland, Italy, Poland, the Netherlands and Belgium; and Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, Singapore and Japan. TikTok's EU rules also cover Austria and four other EU countries. TikTok Shop has two ways in. Sellers list products, ship orders and pay TikTok a fee per sale; affiliate creators tag other people's products in videos and LIVEs and earn the commission the seller sets, with nothing to buy or ship. The EU markets share one rulebook, which TikTok says applies in 13 EU countries: the eight above plus Austria (launched with the Netherlands and Belgium on 15 June 2026), Czechia, Greece, Portugal and Hungary, which sell through it without a Seller Center entry of their own (the details). Sellers based elsewhere can apply to TikTok Shop's Global Selling program, which also appears on the selector. Any other country, such as Canada or Australia, had no TikTok Shop Seller Center when we checked.
