UGC meaning, explained

No. The editor also runs in a desktop browser at ugc.live/app, and one account works in both. The iPhone app adds filming: the teleprompter camera records takes straight into a project. It's in beta for now, and you can join from our Discord.

On a Windows or Mac computer, yes, in the web editor. There's no Android app, and the web editor is made for a desktop screen, so phones are pointed to the iPhone app.

No. It never connects to your social accounts. You type your handles on your profile so Analyze can find them, and when a video is done you post it yourself: the app copies your caption and opens the other app.

Yes. Open ugc.live/app and add a clip. Without an account your projects stay in this browser, uploads are deleted after 7 days, and each day you get 1 export, 1 AI edit, 1 auto caption run and 2 hook writes.

Your projects saved to your account, and each month 3 AI edits, 3 auto caption runs, 10 hook writes and 5 exports. Exports on a free plan carry a small UGCLive mark.

Pricing

No. A use counts on your browser and your network as well as your account, so signing out, clearing cookies or opening a second account doesn't reset anything. Accounts reset on the 1st of the month; without one, at midnight UTC.

UGCLive offers to move them into your account, media and all, so nothing is lost. Your uses so far count on the account too.

Up to 50 MB per file for now. A long 4K clip from a phone is often bigger: export or trim it to 1080p first, or film in the iPhone app.

Pro is $20 a month or $144 a year, and Studio is $50 a month or $360 a year.

Only when a feature needs them: exporting, AI edit, captions, B-roll, hooks or the portfolio. In the iPhone app, projects live on your phone. On the web, an account's projects are saved to it; without an account they stay in your browser.

Not what you type. To count the day's uses they keep a random id from a cookie and your network, stored only as codes that change every day, never your IP address, and deleted after a week.

No advertising trackers. Page analytics run without cookies and stay off if your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. The only cookies are your sign-in in the web app and the visitor cookie the free uses are counted by.

Open Portfolio in the app or on the web and a handle is held for you, so your page lives at ugc.live/yourhandle. It stays private until you publish. If you change the handle later, the old link keeps working for 30 days.

Finished exports from UGCLive. Each gets a lighter web copy and a cover frame, so the page loads fast for a brand opening it on a phone.

Any public TikTok video, Instagram Reel or YouTube Short by its link, or a whole account by its link or @name. Your own accounts from your profile take one tap.

On the web, a free account gets 1 a month and Pro 50. Each report fetches live numbers and has AI watch the video, so it's the one feature with a set count on Pro.

TikTok is the only one of the three that shows them publicly. For Reels and Shorts the report works from views, likes and comments, and notes what's missing rather than guessing.
