Why can't you find Arcads' prices?

Because Arcads shows them only after you sign in. Its help center says current prices are on the pricing page inside the app, and that Arcads tests new pricing, so accounts can see different rates or plan sizes Arcads help. Its terms say prices are shown “on the Platform” Arcads terms. We looked for a public figure on October 14, 2026: arcads.ai/pricing shows “Page Not Found”, the site map has no pricing page, and none of the help center's articles names a dollar amount. Third-party guides quote monthly prices, but we couldn't match them to anything Arcads publishes, so they aren't on this page.

How do Arcads credits work?

Arcads' two credit articles disagree on talking actors. The pricing article charges an Arcads 1.0 video 800 credits for up to 2 minutes Arcads help; the credits article charges all three actor models 800 credits per minute, per actor, rounded up, so a 2-minute video with 2 actors costs 3,200 Arcads help. For a 30-second ad with one actor the two agree: 800 credits.

How many ads does each Arcads plan make?

The middle columns are the range a real month falls in: short ads land on the left figure, two-minute ads on the right under the stricter count. Starter and Creator stop generating at the limit; Pro and up roll credits over and bill the extra Arcads help. Every finished generation spends its credits; only failed ones get them back Arcads help.

What can you do with an Arcads video?

Use it, but not own it alone. The terms grant a non-exclusive licence and say another customer could generate a similar or identical video. Edits beyond cropping, music, text and subtitles, emoji, B-roll, GIFs, sound effects, format changes and your name or logo need Arcads' written approval Arcads terms. Political content of any kind is banned Arcads help, and an AI actor can't be presented as a real or verified customer Arcads help. The actors are AI versions of real actors who consented and are paid, and speak 74 languages Arcads help. Arcads is sold to professionals only and needs a computer with Google Chrome.

Arcads' own help center also says when a real creator is the better choice: when you need a real customer's experience, or the creator's own audience, since AI actors don't post to a following Arcads help. Cloning yourself as an actor needs Pro and a continuous 2-minute reference video Arcads help.

How do the Arcads trial, cancelling and refunds work?

The trial lasts 72 hours with 1,000 credits and needs a card; if you don't cancel, the Starter monthly plan is charged automatically Arcads help. 1,000 credits is one Arcads 1.0 ad with 200 credits left over.

  1. Open Settings, then Billing.
  2. Choose Manage subscription.
  3. Choose Cancel subscription.

  It takes effect at the end of the billing cycle, and unused credits are lost. Custom plans cancel through support.

  2. Scroll down and choose Cancel subscription (the FAQ calls it Cancel free trial).
  3. Confirm.

  Cancelling during the trial ends access right away; do it before 72 hours to avoid the Starter charge.

A full refund only if no generation credits were used in the charged period, asked for within 30 days; a one-time change-of-mind refund within 24 hours of the first charge if nothing was used. Once any credits are used, only failed generations get credits back, apart from a cash refund of the lower-tier charge if you ask within 7 days of upgrading to the wrong plan. Arcads help

What else makes AI actor ads?

MakeUGC does, and it publishes its prices, so you can work out a cost per video before signing up; the MakeUGC review does that arithmetic. Its licence works differently too: its fair use policy ties the licence to an active subscription. For narrated videos with stock presenters instead of actors, Fliki's credit costs are worked out per minute of video.
