TikTok Creator Rewards calculator

A TikTok Creator Rewards calculator: check whether you can join, then estimate what your qualified views pay at the RPM range creators report. TikTok publishes no fixed rate, so the answer is a range.

How the estimate is worked out

Rewards = qualified views ÷ 1,000 × RPM. RPM is TikTok's name for the average gross revenue per 1,000 qualified views, and your Creator Rewards dashboard shows it for each video. TikTok doesn't publish a rate, so the calculator uses the range published reports give: $0.40 to $1.00, with $0.70 as the typical figure (the midpoint; our assumption).

Only videos of at least 1 minute with 1,000 or more For You views earn. The calculator asks for qualified views, the number your Creator Rewards dashboard shows, so the share that qualify starts at 100%. TikTok publishes no typical share of total views that qualify, so if you only know your total views, lower that share to your own guess. If you live outside the program's countries, the estimate is $0.

At the defaults: 12 videos a month × 12,000 qualified views = 144,000 qualified views, ÷ 1,000 × $0.70 = $100.80 a month (range $57.60 to $144.00). The 144,000 views sit inside the 150,000 views in 30 days the eligibility check starts with.

Creator Rewards or TikTok Shop commission?

The two pay for different things: Creator Rewards pays for qualified views on videos of a minute or more, and affiliate commission pays for sales. Here are both calculators' default inputs side by side, worked out by each tool's own code. Both are scenarios with every input shown; neither is a typical income.

Default scenarios of the two calculators (USD)
ScenarioInputsPays
Creator Rewards, a month12 videos × 12,000 qualified views at a $0.70 RPM$100.80
TikTok Shop affiliate commission100 sales of a $29.99 product at 15%, 8% returned$413.86

At those settings, 25 affiliate sales match a month of Creator Rewards. Which pays more for you depends on whether your videos sell, so put your own numbers into the TikTok Shop earnings calculator.

Tips for raising your Creator Rewards

  • Edit for watch time. TikTok's Creator Academy names average watch time, retention rate, completion rate and search value as the metrics behind the Additional Reward (page updated August 18, 2026). Cut pauses and repeated lines so more viewers reach the end.
  • Be findable in search. TikTok names search value as a factor, and search views count once watched for 30 seconds. Say the topic in the first line and in the caption.
  • Post when your audience is on. Views from outside the program's countries don't qualify; check TikTok posting times for your audience's time zone.

How to use Creator Rewards calculator

  1. 1

    Check you can join

Enter your followers and last-30-day views, where you live and your account type. TikTok asks for 10,000 followers, 100,000 views in 30 days, 18+ and a Personal account.

  2. 2

    Describe your videos

Type the qualified views a typical video gets (your Creator Rewards dashboard shows them), how many you post a month and their length. Only videos of 1 minute or more earn, so shorter ones count as zero. If you only know total views, lower the share that qualify.

  3. 3

    Set your RPM

Leave the reported range in place, or type the RPM from your Creator Rewards dashboard. The result shows a typical figure and the low-to-high range.

FAQ

Creator Rewards calculator FAQ

How much does TikTok pay per 1,000 views?

Through the Creator Rewards Program, creators commonly report about $0.40–$1.00 per 1,000 qualified views (Fourthwall, Influencer Marketing Hub, 2026). TikTok doesn't publish a rate: your RPM depends on where your viewers are, your content's language and how well the video holds attention. Views on videos under a minute pay nothing from this program.

How much does TikTok pay for 1 million views?

At the reported range, 1 million qualified views pays roughly $400.00–$1,000.00. Not every view qualifies: views under 5 seconds, repeat views from one account and views from outside the program's countries don't count, so the same video's total views will pay less.

Who can join the Creator Rewards Program?

Creators who are 18 or older, live in one of 8 countries (United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Japan, South Korea, France, Mexico, Brazil), have a Personal account in good standing, at least 10,000 followers and at least 100,000 video views in the last 30 days. You apply in TikTok Studio and hear back within about three days.

What counts as a qualified view?

A view watched for at least 5 seconds, from a country where the program is open, counted once per account. Search views count when watched for 30 seconds or more. Views with an "I'm not interested" tap, and fraudulent, paid or promoted views, don't count.

Why is my RPM different from other creators'?

Rewards have two parts. The Standard Reward follows qualified views and depends on viewers' regions and the content's language. The Additional Reward goes to well-crafted, engaging, specialised videos and moves with watch time, retention, completion rate and search value. Together they set your RPM, which the dashboard shows per video.

When does TikTok pay Creator Rewards?

Rewards are calculated in the month after you earn them and paid on the 15th once your balance reaches $50 (US terms). TikTok says withdrawals usually process within 72 hours, though your bank or PayPal may hold them longer.
