What is a YouTube title generator?
A YouTube title generator writes title options from a description of your video. This one gives 10 per run, aims each under 60 characters (YouTube allows 100), puts your search phrase near the start and marks titles that promise something you didn't say.
How to use YouTube title generator
- 1
Describe the video
What happens in it and what the viewer gets, in a sentence or two. The titles use only what you type.
- 2
Add a search phrase
The words someone would type to find it, like "best budget mic". Pick Video or Short and an angle, or leave it on Mix.
- 3
Pick and test
Copy the clearest one. Titles marked only if true promise a result or story you didn't state: use them only if the video delivers it.

Title angles, with examples
| Angle | Shape | Example |
|---|---|---|
| How-to | How to [do the thing] [constraint] | How to sound pro on a $40 mic |
| List | [Number] [things] for [who] | 5 budget mics tested side by side |
| Curiosity | A question or gap the video closes | Is a $40 mic good enough for YouTube? |
| Result | What changed, only if it did | My audio went from echo to clean (only if true) |
| Story | What happened, first person | I tried every cheap mic so you don't have to |
YouTube allows 100 characters, but search and the home feed often show about 60, so put the words people search for first. Add tags with the hashtag generator's YouTube rules and pick a posting window with the best time to post on YouTube. After it goes out, the engagement rate tool shows how people reacted.

YouTube title generator FAQ
How long can a YouTube title be?
100 characters, per YouTube Help (read October 24, 2026). Search results and the home feed often cut titles shorter, so these aim for under 60 with the important words first.
What makes a good YouTube title?
It says plainly what the viewer gets, uses the words they'd search for near the start, and matches the thumbnail and the first seconds of the video. A title the video doesn't deliver costs watch time.
Do Shorts need a different title?
Shorts are watched from the feed more than found in search, so their titles can lean on curiosity or a result; choose Short to get shorter, punchier options.
Is it free?
Yes, with no sign-up. Each visitor gets 8 free generations a day, shared across the site's AI tools.
What happens to what I type?
It goes through our server and fal.ai (its OpenRouter router) to Anthropic's Claude Haiku, which writes the titles. UGCLive doesn't store it, and fal's and Anthropic's own terms apply to it. Don't type anything you wouldn't post.
