Short answer
TikTok Shop Philippines lets Filipino citizens aged 18 or older and businesses registered with the DTI or SEC sell inside TikTok.
Every seller needs a BIR Certificate of Registration (Form 2303). Fees per order are a commission fee by category (6.8% for beauty on Marketplace, 0% for a new seller's first 90 days), a 2.24% transaction fee, a 5.5% shipping service fee capped at ₱100, a seller growth fee of 1% to 1.5% and ₱5 per order. Money is released 1 to 15 days after delivery and withdrawn to a bank account.

- Marketplace or MallMall shops pay the same or higher commission rates and are the only ones eligible for 1-day settlement.

| Category | Marketplace | Mall |
|---|---|---|
| Beauty & Personal Care | 6.80% | 7.60% |
| Womenswear & Underwear | 7.30% | 8.50% |
| Food & Beverages | 5.70% | 6.00% |
| Phones & Tablets | 6.00% | 6.00% |
| Kitchenware | 6.80% | 7.80% |
| Tools & Hardware | 7.20% | 9.10% |
| Pre-owned (any cluster) | 5.00% | 5.00% |
The commission fee is worked out on the item price minus your discount; shipping and TikTok's own platform discounts aren't part of it, and it's refunded when an order is returned. On top, a seller growth fee of 1% (electronics, grocery, large appliances) or 1.5% (beauty, fashion, mom and baby, health, and from 1 November 2026 the rest of lifestyle) funds TikTok's Bonus Cashback program. Joining pre-orders adds 2%. Since 23 July 2026 the 2.24% transaction fee also counts the shipping the buyer pays, and it isn't returned on a refund after delivery.
What does a ₱499 order leave you after fees?
We ran a ₱499 beauty product on Marketplace through our commission calculator's seller logic, then added the four Philippine fees it doesn't model: ₱150 to make, ₱10 packaging, the buyer paying shipping, 5% returned, 100 orders in a month, with 10% to an affiliate creator on every order. The costs are our assumptions; the fees are TikTok PH's.
Where one ₱499 order goes
| TikTok commission fee | ₱32.24 |
|---|---|
| Shipping service fee | ₱27.45 |
| Transaction fee | ₱11.18 |
| Seller growth fee | ₱7.11 |
| Order processing fee | ₱2.50 |
| Affiliate creator (10%) | ₱47.41 |
| Product and packaging | ₱152.50 |
| Left to you | ₱193.68 |
UGCLive commission calculator's seller math plus TikTok PH's other fees, October 16, 2026. Averages per order shipped, returns included.
| Scenario | TikTok fees per order | Profit per order (margin) |
|---|---|---|
| New seller (0% commission fee for 90 days), no affiliates | ₱45.73 | ₱275.82 (58.2%) |
| 6.8% commission fee, no affiliates | ₱80.47 | ₱241.08 (50.9%) |
| 6.8% commission fee, 10% to an affiliate creator | ₱80.47 | ₱193.68 (40.9%) |
TikTok's own fees come to ₱80.47 an order here, about 16.1% of the price, before the creator's share. In the new-seller row the commission fee is 0% and the order processing fee is also waived, since TikTok waives it for a calendar month for sellers whose first listing is under 90 days old. Plan your price on the middle row: the waiver ends.

From delivery to your bank account
- Day 0The order is deliveredThe order sits under Finance, Transactions, To settle.
- 8 daysStandard settlementFor shops still in the New Shop Adjustment Period.
- 3 daysAccelerated settlementThe default once a shop has passed that period.
- 1 dayExpress settlementMall shops rated 4.5 or more, past probation and not flagged for fake shipping; checked each month.
- 15 daysExtended settlementAfter TikTok reviews risk or finds policy violations.
- 4 to 5 working daysWithdrawal reaches your bankManually once every 24 hours, or automatically each Wednesday to your main bank account, from ₱0.01 with no fee.
TikTok Shop PH: Payment settlement (dated 07/03/2026) and How to withdraw seller account balance money (dated 11/14/2023).
Platform shipping subsidies and compensation for problems that weren't your fault settle about 3 calendar days after the order completes. Your creators are paid only after your orders settle, so a shop on extended settlement also delays its affiliates.
What tax does TikTok Shop withhold in the Philippines?
- 1% on half of what TikTok remitsSince 15 July 2024, under BIR Revenue Regulations No. 16-2023. TikTok's own example: a ₱773 remittance gives ₱3.87.
- Under ₱500,000 a year: a sworn declarationSellers whose gross remittances stay at or below ₱500,000 aren't withheld from, if they file a sworn declaration by 20 January each year. Cross the line and withholding starts that day.
- BIR Form 2307 every quarterTikTok issues it as proof of the tax it withheld.
- Tax you withhold from TikTok's feesA withholding agent can reclaim tax on TikTok's fees with a 2307: 15% of the commission fee before VAT (₱33.48 on a ₱250 fee) and 2% on the transaction fee, reviewed in 25 working days.
Gross remittance here means what the buyer paid minus your discounts, refunds, separately billed shipping, any VAT you collected and TikTok's service fees. Exemption certificates (BMBE, Sec. 30 NIRC, cooperatives) can be uploaded for review. For anything about your own income tax or VAT registration, ask the BIR or an accountant.
What didn't we check?
Not checked
- Partly: Approval time: we didn't open a Philippine shop.
- Partly: The length of the New Shop Adjustment Period, which has its own page we didn't read.
- Partly: Whether the shipping service fee comes back on a returned order: TikTok's pages don't say, so the example charges it on every order.
- Partly: Newer commission rates: the rate table is dated November 2025. TikTok's October 2026 fee introduction shows the rates as an image.
- Partly: Real costs: product, packaging and the return rate in the example are our assumptions.
