What does each VEED plan include?

VEED prices per user and defaults its pricing page to yearly billing. The yearly totals below are the ones the page states (“billed yearly as”).

How much does yearly billing save on VEED?

The page says “save up to 51%”. Working it out from the listed prices, every paid plan lands close to that: you pay for roughly six months and get twelve.

What does the VEED free plan watermark and limit?

Every free export carries VEED's watermark, and it can't be moved or edited; the only way to export without it is a paid plan VEED help. On top of that the free plan caps exports at 720p and 10 minutes, storage at 2 GB, uploads at 1 GB and auto subtitles at 10 minutes a month VEED.

Upgrading doesn't clean a video you already exported: VEED's help center says to export the project again after upgrading VEED help.

What else is in VEED's terms?

• The only way to export without VEED's watermark is a paid plan. The watermark can't be edited or moved.

• Remove filler words, remove silences, eye contact, clean audio, AI B-roll and clips can each be tried once on Free and are included on paid plans.

• Unused AI credits and translation minutes don't roll over; credits bought in the iOS app don't expire.

• There are two iPhone apps: VEED, tied to your web plan, and VEED Lite, which has its own subscription and keeps projects on the phone.

How do you cancel VEED, and can you get a refund?

• Web

  1. Open Workspace Settings, then Workspace Billing.
  2. Click Turn off auto-renewal and answer the short questionnaire.
  3. Do it at least two business days before the renewal date.

  AI credits stay usable until the paid period ends.

• iPhone app

  1. Open the Settings app and tap your name.
  2. Tap Subscriptions, then VEED.
  3. Tap Cancel Subscription.

  Plans bought in the iOS app are cancelled through Apple.

Is VEED worth it for UGC creators?

For a creator working in a browser, yes, if you make more than a handful of videos. Creator billed yearly is $147 a year for subtitles with a 50-hour fair-use cap and filler and silence removal, with no watermark. Submagic Starter billed yearly costs $144 a year but caps you at 15 videos a month of up to 2 minutes, so past that VEED Creator is the cheaper browser option. At a computer, Descript is the other common pick, and its plans and media hours are broken down on their own page. If you film and post from your phone, the browser is an extra step; UGCLive Pro ($19 a month, iPhone only, not released yet) is being built to do the cutting and captions on the phone.
